Brandon McDearis
Brandon McDearis is a private chef and nutrition consultant. He is the founder and executive chef of Your Way Cuisine, a private catering and integrative nutritional consulting service that primarily focuses on addressing individual’s specific dietary requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition, with a concentration in Dietetics from Radford University, in addition to a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte. In addition to working as a private chef in the US, Brandon has also spent the last few years cooking around the world in places such as Alaska, Australia and Antarctica.

Brandon and Neale Bayly were next-door neighbors and good friends for 3 years before Neale became a client of Brandon’s. In addition to his food and nutrition services, Brandon came on as one of the first committee members of Wellspring International Outreach in 2008. He was also on the board of directors for 6 years before stepping down in 2016, due to his grueling traveling schedule. Brandon remains a volunteer and ambassador for Wellspring.

Brandon not only has worked to raise money for the abandoned children of Peru, but he has also donated his own time and resources extensively to the charity. Brandon visited Peru in 2009, 2010 and 2013, along with Neale and 4 other motorcyclists, where he provided snacks, meal replacements and a water purification system for them as they journeyed across the country to Hogar Belen a Community of the Congregation Our Lady of the Missions (Nuestra Señora de las Misiones). Brandon was featured as part of the cast in Neale Bayly Rides: Peru in 2013, and he also worked behind the scenes with the crew, where he was in charge of logistical provision and driving the support vehicle for the expedition. In addition to his work with Wellspring, Brandon has also traveled to India where he worked on a mission project for abandoned children there as well.
